Meditation - Episode One

Meditation - Episode One
Meditation does not mean sitting in one place in the lotus position and thinking that you are a Buddha or Master Rushdan.
It also does not mean that it is a lifestyle and must have an intention so that you are not reprogrammed.
Any concentration on anything or nothing is considered a type of meditation. The best types of meditation are in a state of silence, looking, or working.
Meditation also creates ideas or turns them into reality
So we all, in one way or another, practice meditation in one way or another, whether in movement or stillness. Movement creates reality and stillness creates thought.
The purpose of meditation in general is to achieve enlightenment, which is different from the law of attraction, opening portals, or traveling outside space-time. Because meditation is a mixture of matter and immateriality, and you are awake and aware of everything between them.
This is what some few people were able to achieve enlightenment by following simple principles that are valid in every place and time.
So in today's situation. Enlightenment cannot be achieved through the same techniques.
The beginning of the story is that breathing in ancient times was different from breathing today. Because the air carries information and the strength of the spirit, and people used to sit and eat it like eating.
Today, conditions have changed, and humans have become urbanites, isolated from the seemingly random nature.
Therefore, the first principle in meditation is to bring the elements of the universe into the meditation process, which is a cup of water, a candle, and sticks of incense of a favorite type, with music or natural sound, and the air you breathe deeply, as the ancients did. Because your contemplation inside the concrete cube is just a reaction to your thoughts or what you have understood through your life.
Before preparing the elements of the universe, you must choose a place for meditation that does not change and is tidy and clean, with a low table and a circular pillow made of something natural, such as cotton or flax seeds. The place is not under a window and no one can sit in your place.
It is best not to put your back against the wall while meditating.
Try to enter into meditation, but it will be easy, and your thoughts and senses will attack you, and your reality will rebel against you. At that time, watch your reaction and respect your thoughts, then add rationality to them and ask them to spend time with yourself. She will not care about what you say and will continue to bother you. Repeat your request until you force her to respect you.
This takes two to three weeks before entering a correct state of meditation. The period may be shorter or longer depending on whether you are not rushing the results.
Your intention for meditation is to relax and train the mind to stop thinking and analyze data, knowing that water, candle, incense, and music. They are nothing but gifts and offerings for your senses so that you can relax a little.
The senses are not important in meditation, but what is important is that you are awake in a state of emotional stability, connected and separate at the same time.
In nature, it only needs sunlight and trees. The sound of birds or the waves of the sea.
All of the above is worthless if you are not connected to the ground. Or what is called grounding.
Also, meditation will be very, very difficult for meat eaters. Rather, it will be annoying and they will not be able to bear the results.
We stop here, and in the next episode we will understand the relationship between meditation and fasting, what is the best environment to practice it, and how all the messengers and prophets did not emerge from forms, but from the depths of caves, and their relationship to principles.
